My Role & Ownership

I owned design across channels and kept work on brand and on time. I set checkpoints, established file standards, partnered with copy, dev, and video, and maintained quality through launch.

The Challenge

Audience demand was strong, but here was no product, no standards, and no purchase path. We needed a credible course, a simple way to buy, and a repeatable system the team could run again.

  • Translate trusted pediatric expertise into a recognizable brand and scalable digital course.

  • Build a strong marketing foundation + funnel from scratch.

  • Ensure system stability for enrollment/delivery.

  • Launch successfully to an audience new to online course ecosystems.

The Solution

We used a three-phase approach from insight to launch and set up tools the team could reuse.

Phase #1

Insight & Strategy

Audience research, problem and promise, value proposition, success metrics. Creative routes and alignment. Launch goals and budget.

Phase #2

Foundations

Identity refresh and social toolkit. Website structure. Sales page and checkout. Email system and core templates. Analytics setup.

Phase #3

Launch & Growth

Live session plan and ads. Full creative production across ads, social, deck, and emails. QA, live optimizations, and a post-launch iteration plan.

Metrics & Optimization

We tracked performance across the customer journey from opt-in to purchase along with ad results, email open and click rates, and audience growth. The readouts guided creative refreshes and copy refinements for later releases.

Results

  • $58k in first-week course revenue

  • $104k within 6 months (zero to sustaining revenue)

  • +85k followers, improving trust and lowering CAC for future launches
